How to : Stir Fry (Noodles & Chicken) . Super easy!

Sometimes when I'm feeling like having chinese, i opt for this super easy stir fry recipe, because honestly, i am such a terrible cook, i would probably burn anything else chinese. (They seem so hard!)

This recipe takes a total of about 30 minutes , and is kind of the easiest thing ever.

Ingredients :

  • Egg fried noodles (They come dried like that, you don't actually fry them in egg ! lol)
  • Stir Fry Vegetables (or chop some carrots, lettuce, cabbage, etc into thin thin slices)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Chicken (Or your choice)

Step 1:

Leave the noodles to soften , i didn't need the stove for this, i just heated some water in the kettle , popped the noodles in a pan, and let it sit for a few minutes (They get done so quick , so watch out they don't become soggy)

when they're ready , clear the water out.

Step 2:

Chop your chicken into thin slices.

Step 3:

Place your Stir Fry pan on HIGH heat, with some oil (Not olive oil , as olive oil will cool down the pan, and the trick in stir fry is to have everything hot as hell, so make sure all your veggies are chopped and ready to go! )

Step 4:

Fry your chicken first, it takes the longest, everything else literally takes about 2 minutes each.

Step 5:

After your chicken turns a white-gold colour, or just looks like its almost ready, add in your pretty veggies, so that they can cook together without the chicken burning!

 Step 6:

Add a some soy sauce so they can cook together (idk how much exactly, honestly, i just go with the taste and look of it. )

Step 7:

Almost done,  add your noodles!

Depending on how much noodles you're using, you may need to add some more soy sauce, just go with what tastes right!

Mix mix mix mix mix mix mix mix mix mix mix.

Finally, Serve and enjoooyyyy. since i was feeling a more Chinese meal, i bought some ready spring rolls, and sushi to complement the meal.

if you do try this, let me know! :)
